This is an official notice that the Texas Young Republican Federation will be having its 4th Quarter Board Meeting on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at The Woodlands. Our board meetings are open to all YR members to attend. The meeting will take place at the conference facilities at the Drury Inn & Suites located at 28099 I-45 North, The Woodlands, TX 77380. As a special treat, Congressman Brady will be addressing the group around lunch time. The Montgomery County Young Republicans are excited to be hosting us at this board meeting.

All Clubs are required to present a report at this meeting summarizing their activities since the last board meeting. The report can be as short or as long as needed, and can be given in person at the meeting, or emailed prior to the meeting to Secretary Smith, at secretary@texasyoungrepublicans.com.  All club presidents, the TYRF Executive Committees, and certain appointed positions, have votes at this board meeting. Any person who would have two votes at this meeting by virtue of being both a club president and a TYRF officer, must delegate their club’s vote to another member of their club by notifying Kristen Smith of their appointee prior to the meeting, in order to preserve you club’s vote.
